                       2) 1st Interview (Working Level) : Evaluation of hands-on capacities through interview with the working-level employees (team leaders) of the department with an opening and HR Department.

(Executive)

                       3) 2nd Interview  : Evaluation of personality, professional capacity, and compatibility with corporate culture through executive interview.  
                   
                       Acceptance 
                   
                       4) Final Acceptance : Candidates who pass the 2nd interview will receive letters of acceptance.
